New department managers or a company's first hire

▪️ You want your team to stop creating everything from scratch and recreating the wheel each time they repeat a process or task.
▪️ You don't have time to answer everyone's questions in real-time, the same questions over and over. Your time is better spent on more focused work to complete bigger goals.

Any operationally-minded team members
▪️ You want to be able to take time off without stress, and work fewer weekly hours.
▪️ You are tired of being tactical and reactive to tasks assigned to you or fires to fight, instead of spending your time on the strategic and proactive work that would achieve your goals such as promotion.
▪️ You are wearing too many hats and want to save your brain power for new building and improving work, instead of using brain power to remember how to complete repetitive processes.
▪️ You don't want to worry about missing any steps in the process or making any errors.
Marketing operations, RevOps, and other ops team members often find this course valuable, though many people in many companies are doing operations work without operations titles!
